2008 Registration Package

All registrations are first come first serve with sign-ups.  Our two open registrations have already taken place. 

Both Bantam and J1 are full and have a wait list.  There is still room on the J2 and the Senior teams.   Click here for new division requirements.

(Player must turn eight (8) in the calendar year 2008 to qualify for the Bantam team.)

3.  Birth certificate

4.  Photo of player (head/shoulder) 

5.  Player must officially weigh-in with a coach, but please provide your best estimate of the player's

weight and height along with how many playing years experience he has.
